Frans Tlokwe Maserumule (born 6 June 1955)[1] is a South African politician and former anti-apartheid activist.
He represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the National Assembly, serving the Limpopo constituency, from 1999 to 2009 and later from 2010 to 2014.
Moses Seletisha's Sepedi-language biography of Maserumule, Tšhutšhumakgala – Tša Bophelo bja Tlokwe Frans Maserumule, won the 2017 South African Literary Award for best debut work.[2]
